How do I apply it?
Clean and dry the area, cut a strip to length, smooth your skin with your fingertips and press the strip on gently. For the jawline or neck, lift slightly up and back as you place it. The demonstration video above shows a piece going on between the brows.
Where can I use it?
You can use it along the jawline and jowls, on the neck, on the forehead and between the brows (the “11” lines), around the smile lines and at the outer eye area. Keep it away from the eyelids and lips.
How long do I wear it?
A popular way to use it is on the forehead overnight, removed in the morning. For the jaw and neck, apply it shortly before you want the effect. If your skin feels uncomfortable at any point, remove it.
Does it hurt?
No. Applying it is painless. When removing, peel slowly and gently, and never pull it off quickly.
Can I wear makeup with it?
Apply the tape to clean, dry skin before any skincare or makeup, because oils and creams stop it sticking well. Many women use it at home, overnight or placed under the hairline.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Before your first use, test a small piece on your skin for 24 hours. Don’t apply it to broken, irritated, sunburned or sensitive skin, and stop using it if redness or itching appears. If you have a skin condition, ask a healthcare professional first.
Can I reuse a strip?
For the best hold, use a fresh strip each time. One 5-metre roll gives you many strips, because you only cut what you need.
Will it permanently remove my wrinkles?
No. The tape gives a temporary, cosmetic smoothing and lifting effect while it’s worn and shortly after. It isn’t a medical device or a treatment, and results vary.

Why does my box say “Jaysuing”?

What if I’m not happy?
Unopened, unused rolls can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost.
