Shipping Policy

Complimentary shipping

Shipping is complimentary on every Jaséa order. There is no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping to Canada and the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather or peak seasons.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at jaseaskincare@gmail.com; we can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Duties & taxes

Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
